Welcome to 904Store. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 904store.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from 904Store (“we,” “us” or “our”), a business based in Jacksonville, Florida. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to make a purchase. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate, current information.

2. Products and Made-to-Order Items

All products are made to order by our fulfillment partner after you buy. We do our best to show colors, designs and print placement accurately, but screens vary and print-on-demand products can have small variations in color, placement and size. Garment-dyed items may vary in shade by design. Product descriptions and size guides are provided for guidance.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout. We accept payment through WooPayments (including card and WooPay) and, where available, buy now, pay later options from Affirm, Afterpay and Klarna. Financing options are provided by those companies and are subject to their own terms and approval. By submitting payment, you confirm you’re authorized to use the payment method.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we’ll refund you in full. Because items go into production quickly, changes and cancellations requested by you aren’t guaranteed.

5. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both are part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, text, photos and other content on the Site are owned by 904Store or used with permission and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use our designs or content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item, not the rights to the design.

7. Custom and Bulk Orders

For custom orders, you confirm that you have the rights to any names, logos or artwork you send us, and you agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from them. We may decline any custom request at our discretion. Custom orders may have separate pricing, minimums and timelines, which we’ll confirm with you in writing.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site. That includes trying to hack or disrupt it, scraping it, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for anything unlawful. Reviews or comments you post must be honest and respectful, and we may remove content at our discretion.

9. Third-Party Services

The Site relies on third-party services, including payment processors, our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers. We’re not responsible for their content, policies or actions. Your use of their services may be subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except as expressly stated in our Refund & Returns Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 904Store will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 904Store and its owners from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing any claim, please contact us first. Most issues can be fixed with a quick email.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept them.
