904Store (“904Store,” “we,” “us” or “our”) runs the online store at 904store.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We’re a small Jacksonville, FL business and we keep things simple: we only collect what we need to run the store and get your gear to you.

Information We Collect

When you place an order, we collect:

Your name, email address, and billing and shipping addresses
Phone number, if you choose to provide it at checkout
Order details, such as the products, sizes and colors you bought and the amount paid
Payment information, which is handled directly by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our site.

When you create an account, we store your name, email, password (encrypted) and address details so you can check out faster and view past orders.

When you contact us, we keep the information you send, such as your name, email and message, so we can respond.

When you browse the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, items added to your cart, and how you arrived at our site. See “Cookies and Analytics” below.

Who We Share It With

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, and only as needed:

Payment processors: WooPayments (powered by Stripe) processes card and WooPay payments. If you choose buy now, pay later, Affirm, Afterpay or Klarna will process your payment and may run their own eligibility checks. Each handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.
Fulfillment partner: Printful prints, packs and ships your order. We share your name, shipping address, order details and, where needed for delivery, your email or phone number.
Shipping carriers: Carriers receive your name and address to deliver your package and send tracking updates.
Email marketing: We use MailPoet to send our newsletter and promotional emails to subscribers.
Website hosting and tools: Our hosting provider, WordPress/WooCommerce, and related plugins store and process site data on our behalf.
Legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our customers or others.

Email Marketing

If you join our email list, we’ll send you news about new designs, drops and promotions using MailPoet. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also email us at duuuval@904store.com to be removed. You’ll still receive transactional emails about your orders.

Cookies and Analytics

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your login, process payments securely, and understand how visitors use the site. We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or WooCommerce analytics) and, if we run ads, advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) that collect information about your visits to measure and improve our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the store, like the cart and checkout, may not work without them.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep order information for as long as we need it for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and account information until you ask us to delete your account. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

How We Protect Your Information

Our site uses HTTPS encryption, and payments are handled by PCI-compliant payment processors. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your Rights and Choices

Children’s Privacy

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
